I can't sleep a lot, since I have mild insomnia. To be honest, by FAR the best thing I've tried for it is marijuana. It's the only thing that gets to me to sleep no matter what, and has no adverse side effects in the morning (especially drowsiness, which is always the worse with sleep meds).
Master debate (hehehe), walk around outside, or exercise. Just tiring yourself out physically in general can help you fall asleep. Though if I'm dealing with an actual case of insomnia, there's not much else I can do except for cursing God.SeraphimGoddessWith whom do you have a master debate with?

Read, listen to music, play video games, mess around on the computer. Anything that will take my mind off of not sleeping. I will do that for about 30 mins to an hour then try and go back to sleep.
