she looks like an average girl at best that's why she's got average scores, 10s are the girls that make you go "wow" when they enter the room and are basically perfect

I wasnt really using the term for justifiy kinda but just using the term she used. Overrated is in the eyes of the beholder, just like one man trash is anothers treasure.
