^ I build it like that.
Most of the time I am emphatically anti-bacon, I really really have to be in the mood, but sometimes in a burger. Sometimes.
Ketchup, mayonnaise/Miricle Whip, pickle(s), cheese.
Pickles can be replaces by relish.
Then I dip it in ketchup.
Mustard instead of mayonnaise, bacon, and onions are fine too. I'd try other things.
Protip, putting the lettuce on the bottom can stop the bun getting soggy.Bun

Buns
Bacon
Burger (maybe two patties depending on size)
Extra Pepper jack cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Jalapeno peppers
Some sort of sauce (like hot sauce, BBQ sauce, mayo or stacker sauce from BK)
I also like Mushrooms and Swiss cheese, but I've never had those with all this stuff (the McDonalds swiss angus with mushrooms is one of my favorite burgers)
Mmm... haven't had a burger like that in a LONG time.
Bacon.
3 varieties of cheese.
BBQ sauce.
Onions.
Onion rings.
Fries.
Lettuce
Jalapeno.
Pepperoni.
Steak.
Ketchup.
Cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce, a little mustard and a sprinkle of ginger. Homemade burgers can be pretty good. And either a little tomato sauce, HP sauce or some kind of spicy sauce.
I prefer a chicken burger over a cow burger. So I usually go to KFC intead of Mcdonald's, but when I go to Mcdonalds I always eat the CBO (Chicken, Bacon and Onion). I love bacon in the burger.
Just cheese and some ketchup and that's it as I don't really like much else on a burger. I wouldn't mind bacon as it's fairly Godly, but sadly most folks that have a bacon burger don't properly cook the bacon so it's still sad and limp and too rubbery making it annoying to eat.
Meat, cheese, mayo, white onion rings (no batter), and pickles. If they have it, add in some sauteed muchrooms and onions as well, but the original ingredients are the only necessary ones for me. Absolutely no ketchup. I don't like ketchup on anything other than regular fries, no seasoned fries. Mustard is only good on hot dogs, but every now and then mustard and mayo, if they mess if up isn't too bad.
Ketchup and cheese may be one of the most disgusting things I can think of at the moment.
