What do you think about the comic expression "that's what she said"?

I use it pretty frequently, but I make sure it makes sense.

I hate it tremendously, and find it to not be humorous in the slightest.

Occasionally funny, usually annoying, rarely intelligent.

It can be very funny if used right but it's probably used crappily in 99% of the cases.

Well it got really huge, but then all of a sudden died down. I think we were all using it wrong.
