That it ain't Texas.I have lived in Pennsylvania for my whole life, and I'm curious what kind of things non-Pennsylvanians associate with PA.

yeah my parents told me about hershey park being this magical place thats amazing and fun we went about a year ago and let me say is depressed the hell out of usCity of Philadelphia..Lancaster...Fresh baked doughnuts...Hershey Park..
I hate cities...Lancaster was ruined because the hotel my family and i always stayed at was ruined by bus loads of screaming children...Now Doughnuts are lost..Hershey park is full of undesirables such as teenagers who act like morons and heavy women who think they look good so they wear bikinis..scarred me for life....

I think of my life. I lived in Bethlehem and moved to a small suburb outside of Allentown (near Dorneyville) where I lived all of my life until college. Now I'm in MA.
Bill Murray, Ned Ryerson, "Bing", "/Western/ Pennsylvania" "No, of course there wouldn't be any cold water today... (Response in sarcastic tone) No of course not, how silly of me. "You're all a bunch of hypocrits, worshipping a rat..."
Boring/Nothing. A year ago after we beat the Phillies I went to phili with a bunch of my boys to ginos and pats and then stopped by the Rocky statue and put a Yankees hat on him. Good times. Phildadelphians weren't too pleased.
Dracula or vampires are the first thing that comes to mind....tocool340
Err, wouldn't that be Transylvania? In Eastern Europe? Transylvania is where transvestites and vampires come from. Pennsylvania is where pens and light bulbs come from...duh! Except some light bulbs come from GE- General Europe.

Yeah, I know where Dracula is supposed to be. But every time I here Pennsylvania, I think of Dracula/vampires anyways. I'm sure you can tell the difference between the two when nighttime rolls in..:PEverything. The first capitol, Banjamin Franklin, the revolutionary war, fun people, the dutch, the amish, the food, hard work, the greatest state in the nation. Pennsylvania has an extremely rich history.
We can forget about 3 mile island.....
