Personally I think that they're pretty annoying. They seem to think that they have problems larger than the rest of us, when in reality most of them don't. They just don't know how to deal with their problems in a better way. I've never been emo, but I do have "emo" friends, and this is the opinion I have of them. I could be completely wrong though. What do you guys think?

They're an urban legend. I've never seen anyone in my life who has black hair going across one eye, where's all black and cuts their wrist. I think people are just jumping onto the bandwagon with these supposed "emo"s and the whole idea is just ridiculous and beyond immature. I'm really getting sick hearing about it.

I like them, generally "emos" don't moan about their problems any more than "other people"

Who i really hate are attention seekers

I think "emos" are just people like everyone else and don't deserve to be singled out and ridiculed for the way they dress or the music they listen to.

I wear all black sometimes but I'm still not an emo for doing it, most emos think that life is rotten, trust me, life is far from bad for A LOT of people.

Northern California. Seriously whether they exist or not, I know for a fact nothing of that sort exists over here. My school being like half Mexican and the whites being in the minority, I guess there's not room for "emo" because they seem to be mostly white (from the stupid descriptions anyway). If they do, big deal. That's just the way they are and each group deserves its respect because we'll all neutral for how we think of ourselves. Who cares anyway?

I tihnk it's stupid for people to assume that just because someone dresses in all or partial black clothing and listens to a crappy sub-genre of rock, they are suddenly emo. And at the same time, I find it equally stupid that some people openly embrace it as a lifestyle, because it is what it is, it's a crappy sub-genre of rock. You can't be emo, because that's basically saying that you're a form of expression, which doesn't really make sense.

I don't think one way or another about them, they don't affect me in the slightest. Besides, unless i know why they do it, i can't make a judgement anyways.
