[QUOTE="ff7fan2"]As long as I'm not receiving them (aka getting charged for them) then I'm alright...because I don't text anyone anyhow. >__>ClinikI should totally send you a text right now :)D: I knew it wasn't a good idea to put my cell phone number on my Facebook...
Try deeply expressing a complex notion through texting. It isn't easy.
Txting is good for setting up dates, or meeting points, or simple conversations: "ws da prty gud?" "ya i gt drnk lol"
I LOVE IT!!!!! :D
I find it to be Extremely useful and helpful when making plans with someone. Its quick and easy here's the time and place all typed out no confusions. :)
Foolish and unnecessary. Technology moving backwards, really. Why'd we make this instead of video phones? That would be a step forward.Video_Game_King
Its not a step back nor is it a step forward, but i would love to have a mobile video phone that would be cool. Too bad cell phone battery life wount be able to handle it :(
But i do find texting to be helpful, i dont use it for conversations just quick little response's such as can i get the address to a place or to inform people about meeting times. This way theres no confusion and its all there on my phone for quick and easy reference... and people i know that dont have it... well im a busy man and i dont have time for phone conversations. And phone conversations can eat up more time and money increasing my phone bill with all of the peoples umms... pausing to think and simple small talk, it eats up at my minutes. ITS LIKE GET TO THE POINT ALL READY, WHAT DO YOU WANT!!! thats why i love texting it gets straight to the point. :)
i also love that how the poll was locked after one vote... guess the thread maker knew not too many people would feel the some way he does :|
