Yes, we all work our butts on the weekdays, [Mondays-Fridays] but when that sweet, sweet weekends shows up on your door, it's a sign of relief and relaxation. So the question is OT, what do you do to enjoy your weekend? For me it's:

  • Stays off the internet such as trying to not come to Gamespot on a Saturdays.
  • Play video games by trying to finish them up at the very least.
  • Spending time with my daughter and the rest of the family.
  • Sometimes go out for a drive.
  • Watching/finishing up with my Anime's backlog
  • Comes to Gamespot to post stuff and discuss on Sundays

Well that's my usual things I do during the weekends, how about you?

Weekdays, weekends....makes no difference in this house...our schedules are very unpredictable. We never really know when we're going to be working or not. And now with the baby, if we're not working we're taking care of him.

Varied for me due to alternate working weekends. Today though, I am watching the UK championship snooker final. Later out for a run and then a nice roast.

Long time no se Pedro, how´s the kid doing ?

To answer to the question, what I do is work from Mon-Sun, in my line of duty seldomly you have time to do something else. I play when I can, it´s been a couple of years since the last time I went fishing.

@raugutcon: Aww, thanks for asking =D Logan is doing great now...the first few months he was definitely the most difficult baby I had ever taken care of (and this one was 24/7 :P) then when I realised that his problem was lack of sleep and I broke his sleep associations he started sleeping 100 times better and now he's the happiest baby ever. Feed him and put him to bed on time and you have a baby who's happy no matter what.

Weekends are the more busy days on the place I work, so that's when I'm in, but weekdays I tend to study and get annihilated, not always in that order.

I work Saturday mornings then my boyfriend goes off to play cricket all day so I stay home and enjoy my peace. Sometimes on a Sunday we go for a drive.

Since i'm a dad, i usually do stuff with my kidos. I let them game when were home, i make plans like a kids movie, or zoo, or just something to get them out the house, after i make a great breakfast. Then some shopping for whats needed at the house. After i take care of everyone, at the end of the day i watch a new movie, and have a beer. Sunday comes, and its time for getting out one more time at times for a brunch or visit fam. If i get time i'll take the old classic car out for a one hour spin, then back home to do laundry, chores, ect. Some Sunday's i even get to grill me a steak, or hot dogs. Most people do certain things to relax, or get a way, i watch movies, thats my thing. Movies more than games these days. If its a productive weekend, i'll take a drive up the coast with the fam, like hit up Monterey Bay Aquarium or something. Besides that its the normal stuff you see first listed. This is all the opposite of my younger party days. All changes when you get older, and become responsible for little ones.

Yep, once you get older and wiser, it's nothing special to go out and party like a mad man. Also I didn't know you have kids.

I think you should keep a record of the food expenses and have him pay you back when he is older. With interest of course.

we own a little corner shop. so there isn't really a 'weekend' for me. i'm at the store 7 days a week.

I do get excited on sundays, since we close at 6pm on that day (all other days 9pm). so i get like 4 hrs of free time before my week starts all over again.

Yes my routine is very similar to yours in the week I try to spend some time on here and

at the weekends I'm busy looking after my two kids so I don't spend any time on the internet.

My youngest daughter spends the weekend watching TV and I let her play on the Xbox One and PS4 if she's a good girl and my oldest kid is in her final year of high school so she's busy with schoolwork and she's goes on her Ipad a lot.

When my youngest kid goes to sleep I usually watch a movie and then I like to game for an hour or two it helps me to relax.

My partying days are well and truly behind me as I'm going to be 45 next year so I'm too old for that stuff but I like to have a little glass of whisky once a week.

I hear you dawg. You should add me to your Playstation online. I believe i'm lexlas also ? It wrote it down on my profile. Whiskey is dam good. I normally drink with company, but i've been finding myself having about 2 beers on Friday or Saturday, depending on my mood. A couple of times i hit up this whiskey bar in my part of downtown work, and i have this whiskey called Jameson, dam good. But the best whiskey i've had is Canadian, omg ! They don't sell it in the US, sucks. It tasted like honey, and it was actually made with real honey.

I hear ya Lex, there is nothing absoulty nothing wrong with having a social drink and most of my mates don't drink alchol so i tend to have one or two shots of whisky just in the evening just before a meal it helps me to get a good nights sleep. I usually stick to one brand but it's good to try other brand of whisky. The next time I switch my PS4 on I will defintly add you mate.

I've been married a total a long, long, time. Divorced once but still remarried same woman. Now that's a story over whiskey. I had to changed my ways, and get it together. Now i'm pretty much a saint. Took some time, lol .. She was my highschool sweatheart, and still is.

During Spring/Summer/Fall, I usually play at least 18 holes of golf, maybe a little bit of gaming, a little bit of Netflix binge, and a little bit of yard work.

During winter, a whole lot of gaming and a whole lot of Netflix. I never get on Netflix during the evenings or weekends. This is strictly a between tasks and during teleconferences at work thing.

I'm just about to that point now, too. It's worsened by the fact that A.) my job has no set hours, and B.) I can work into the AM the following day. It basically allows for no adaptation.

For example, yesterday/today I worked from 2PM to 1AM, and now I am awake at 3:30AM and will need to get sleep then wake back up at 8AM to get to work at 9AM lol.

I wish my department would just go 24/7 so I could at least have consistent hours. Tired of being jerked around.

I work swing shift and I hardly ever get the same day's off,so I never know if I'm working on the weekends.

As far as my day off,I usually play the odd multiplayer game on Halo 5 or Battlefield:Hardline,go food shopping,or clean the apt.

Throughout the past sixteen weeks or so, I have been studying almost everyday from my awakening to slumber. I thought that my learning techniques could improve, so I took a course and learned from experts, and improved them. Now, I study at a more reasonable amount of time, and have half of the day to have fun on weekends and more time for the same on weekdays.
