I'm jelly.
Kinda.
Not a big deal. Just gotta have a good time with it. Might have a FWB now too :DLol ok
Hung out with friends, went on a trip to Stratford-upon-Avon with some people at university, been on daily walks, went shopping... they are the notable things I guess.
Going pub golf with friends next week though, we'll see how that goes :P

I think along the same lines. I lifted pretty heavily today, but I only dip (drink rarely). Alcohol and nicotine do lower testosterone so I'm probably not quite making the muscle gains/weight loss I could be but oh well.
Change my life quite significantly.
Learnt a few life lessons.
Became happier and more confident.
Had a bit of fun.
Yeah its been quite a productive summer.

Times are a changing, methinks.
Anyway, so far I've stayed in the US doing summer classes & other work. Will be heading back to poor old Europe next week, gonna work on my retro game collection until summer dries out.

Also increases your heart rate, blood pressure and lowers lung capacity, also affects your liver, great combo for decreased sexual function, lowers your resistance to infections ect basically you took one step forward with the gym and two steps with your life style choices. Just don't get why your doing this to yourself but it is your body. If you want to kill yourself use a gun it is faster and cheaper and less painful in the long run.[QUOTE="Boddicker"]

Get off your high horse. I dip swedish snus very lightly (a single tin lasts me 4-5 days) and drink a few beers every 2-3 months.
Let's not forget Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger has been an avid cigar smoker for years and drank beer once a week while he was in training. It's obvious to me in moderation the effects of alcohol and nicotine are minimal on an active lifestyle.

Eating fast food will do that, sitting on your ass all day will do that, prescribed medications will do that, and on and on. Life is the #1 cause of death. Sad, but true. Meanwhile, I smoke a nice cigar once every 2 weeks, drink w/e I want to drink every once 2-3 weeks, and go the gym 5 out of 7 days for at least 2 hours. 1 hour of weightlifting and 1 hour of cardio. I'm fine and I'm enjoying my life. Are you doing the same? What? It's an enjoyable thing; smoking and drinking, that is. Also, I've lost 15 pounds in 2 months and gained muscle mass so I'm doing just fine in that sense. I'm on a good diet too, lots of fiber, protein, fruits, vegetables, etc.[QUOTE="noscope-ak47"]Also increases your heart rate, blood pressure and lowers lung capacity, also affects your liver, great combo for decreased sexual function, lowers your resistance to infections ect basically you took one step forward with the gym and two steps with your life style choices. Not trying to preach I think going to the gym is great obviously just good habits will maximize your efforts. Also no amout of smoking is safe but you know that already. Good luck and stay healthy.
