That depends on wether or not he is 18 before or after he comes.

it's 16 in my state also, but that doesn't mean that a guy can't be charged with rape even if his girl is over 16. say if the girls parents find out, they can press rape charges, even if the girl was a consenting partner.

Well some people start to develop sexual feelings earlier then normal, its not like some kind of Law can completely avoid this.

But I see it on television alot. Celebritys especially, they openly admit having lost their virginity on their early ages. I didn't see anybody arrested them :P

Age of consent laws include buffers for people near the age. There should not be any scenarios where a birthday makes a previously legal relationship illegal.

Thats partially true. but if the 18 year old were to have sex iwth the 16 year old it would be sagatory rape none the less.. Really its a stupid double law/standard and they should just make the age of concent 18 (when your legaly seen as a adult) to avoid any kind of confusion.

It's not entrapment, because the authorities are doing the investigating, Dateline is.
