Just think about what could happen to our country if Obama is assasinated. If he were killed by a racist group like the KKK, we could have black vs. white fights breaking out all over the country. Remember the LA riots? Imagine that, but on a country-wide scale. I know people are going to say Im racist, but I think its really possible. What do you guys think?
I wouldn't be surprised if that happens if such a event occured, racial tensions are high in many countries right now and anyone that thinks that racism isn't a issue even in todays world is kidding themselves.
Although I doubt such a large riot would break out it certainly would cause a adverse effect in some manner or another.
I don't think that riots would occur. If he wins, he'll get somewhere around 65-80 million votes, that's a large portion of the country behind him, and a large portion of the country would be angry, but would mourn him. I have faith in our country's ability to overcome bad things ever since the 2000 election. Many countries would have blown a gasket, but Gore gave a good speech, Bush gave his, and that was that. No riots, no marching the capital.

lol that would look bad on the US poeple. it also looks bad if he doesn't get elected cause the the world leaders seem to like him more. If he dies Biden takes over. Which is alot better than Palin taking over if Mccain dies.

I don't know. The context would be important I think. More recent riots involved a big build up of tension, but this event would be sudden.
Well Biden would become president, more countries wouldn't think good of America if Obama was assasinated, there may be some riots.. There would probably be more tension between whites and blacks..
I mean if he is really assassinated it won't be good at all. I could imagine there would be riots, maybe people would call on wars with each other all over America.. If it went like that and if the American people were fighting the police and others, it could turn very bad.
I could imagine lots of white people would be mad if Obama got assassinated, I would be extremely mad. Even though I live in Canada, I would still be mad.
If someone assassinates him, then I would believe the only way to get rid of the racism problem if for the American people to declare war on the racists.

Don't alot of racist groups have tatoos that show they're a member? I remember reading that one of the people that tried to assasinate Obama was part of the KKK or something like that. And besides, you dont need to know all the facts for things to break out. Everyone will be sad and angry, and its hard to think strait when you're going through so many emotions. All we'll see is that a white (if he was white) killed a black president, and that could lead to chaos.
