There was an idiot that attended my high school that did that and a special ed teacher had to accompany him at all times because not only would he drop his pants and run around he would play with himself too. Why do they even allow or bother puttingkids like that in school? It's not as if he couldlearn anything anyway. His semi-retarded buddy was assigned to him to make sure he didn't get in trouble out of class. In the middle of the cafeteria you would suddenly here "NO Darrel, nomasterbate here. He smackedhim aroundseveral times everyday, because I guess that was the only way to keep him appropriate.
