Not Even Doom Music. It was a reference to a video some kid posted where he soak a cat in gasoline and set it on fire all set to Doom music. He was later arrested after the video came to police attention. Someone posted as a response to the video "Not Even Doom Music can make that cool" or something to that effect.

However, a ytmnd user found this video, made a gif, and made a ytmnd with the gif using music from doom.
The phrase became popularized when a user commented " Okay Spotz. Since you do not "condone" burning kitten your sites have been 3'D until further notice. Still... nothing justifies 5'ing burning kittens. Not even Doom music."
