I here all this talk of Ska rock but when I ask what the hell it is, I get this weird look from people. Can anyone help explain to me what the hell this is? (prepares Glare Shield)

They were in their early days...not so much these days, though I have heard rumors that their upcoming album will be a return to their roots.

That's third wave ska. Early Jamaican ska had nothing to do with punk.

I mostly listen to the third wave stuff though.
