I'd say something adrenaline pumping like scoring the game winning goal at the last second, or hitting a game winning home run. Something everyone looks at you for and loves you.
In the winter when it's really cold, my boyfriend and I snuggle up under a blanket on the couch and then he falls asleep in my arms, that makes me feel really happy!
Or when I wake up and my cat is lying on top of me. And she is kneading her paws in the blanket and pushes her fluffy cheek against mine and purrs really loud.. that's so cute, makes me all warm inside!

The feeling of having a day off on a really cold day. You get up to use the bathroom then when you get back under those nice warm covers. Mmmm. :P
This may seem too easy of one, but I love that feeling of just having a really good day. Where everything just flowed and everything had a good mood surrounding it. Then you just crawl into bed and drift off. I think mine deal with sleep a bit too much though. :lol:

Looking into the eyes of the one you love, and just feeling them loving on you back. Getting good compliments that you could really use. Completing a goal. Making a difference in someones life. Meaning something. Defending something you believe in. Winning a jackpot.
Finding the one problem in 500+ lines of C# code after hours of hunting and finally getting the program to work as intended. Man how I love that feeling.
The best feeling in the world might just be the feeling of slipping away. The situation and circumstances (to be more correct) vary by individual, but they are linked by common feelings - a mixture of relief and euphoria.
Completing some kind of huge work, like my Media folio which was a script, storyboard, shot list and a bunch of other crap. It was so satisfying to hand all that in. Or like a Philosophy oral I wrote that ended up being 23 minutes long.
Lying exhausted on the field of battle after defending your beliefs and loved ones, VICTORIOUS! Dashing through the second row in a rugby game and scoring a thumping try is good too.

so i made it to the second post on this thread, and was like 'Yup that's a great frickin' feelin'!' i think it's better to get someone out of the pot who no doubt had your bluff beat. bluffing someone out of the pot is so much better, but your post is still a great feeling.
I would say something... but ya... I guess being with my gf since its nice being around her and something usually happens. Also getting an amazing sniper shot in BFBC2 lol. Those like OOOOOOOOH!!!!! moments if everyone saw at an MLG event or something. I like to think that happens when i make that shot.
