a nation? well, you can just put your finger randomly on an European map, and you'll have the best country in the world
Japan is also great
And cant agree on anything...and for some reason think its acceptable to run other countries from Brussels and dictate their laws to them...The EU, even though it isnt fully a nation.....

Ofcourse it's acceptable when the member countries accepted the conditions themselves when they joined the union.
These are not problems. The only "problem" with health care is probably the hygiene of some places. There are no tax problems. Canada is not completely capitalist and I don't think you seem to understand that.Â

Your taxes are extremely high to pay for healthcare...which has problems...ie long waiting lists and doctors that move out of the country to practice medicine.Â

So do all Scandinavion countries. Social security is very good, but the taxes are very high in order to support the system. There is no such thing as a free lunch in this.[QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"][QUOTE="jeebuscrust"]These are not problems. The only "problem" with health care is probably the hygiene of some places. I guess nobody liked the constitution thoughSaudi Arabia is actually a sweet place to live in, if you're Saudi.[QUOTE="videogamer456"]That is a tough one...I am torn between Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan.DoctorFunk
Trust me, I've met so many Saudis recently.
actually it has a strict sharia law. if you steal they chop of your hand. they also persecute Christians and other non-moslems[QUOTE="jointed"][QUOTE="Bourbons3"][QUOTE="jointed"]And cant agree on anything...and for some reason think its acceptable to run other countries from Brussels and dictate their laws to them...The EU, even though it isnt fully a nation.....

I guess nobody liked the constitution thoughThat's why it isnt in use yet.....It proves that the EU doesnt dictate as much as you say.....Personally I think that Brussels should have a little more power but blah...
I don't know how anyone has the audacity to claim the USA is the best country in the world with all its crime and social problems.Loonie
Every country has social problems and the crime is highly exaggerated....

America seems to have a disproportionate amount of crime and social problems. Countries like Sweden, Denmark, Japan and the Netherlands have far less.

The crime is generally contained in specific areas....it's not widespread and all countries have crime.Â
well if i ever get shot and or sick - which never happens
Â
i know where i DONt wanna be
Â
the US aint the best country for livin, as in staying alive or quality of life. i find it to be a dirty stinky place that makes a conscious to make sure everyone is armed, and then when they inevitably get shot, they have to pay $200,000 for a new liver. not to mention the constant fear of terrorism and the crime. yikes.
BobSacamento
that's odd because nobody i know has gotten shot, nor owns a firearm. And there is not a constant fear of terrorsim or crime, just a few extra security measures at the airport, it isnt intrusive into our lives at all.Â
Im not going to say whats best... but i would like to live in the US rather than anywhere else.Â
