no, if you have ever took vics or percs, diloted, you have pretty much done heroin, not all that great a high, I think the biggest reason its a problem has nothing to do with pleasure or high. Its that once you are addicted( this counts for prescription too) it is highly physically addictive to the point you can become hospatalized type of horribly sick if you do not get a fix. Heroin is terrible.

you can cause vein damage shooting pills. Some do it though. And to the vein is the most intense for anything, works the same for coke. But intensity=\= feeling of high. The side effects are not worth it.
