Oddly enough, I wouldn't say they were my absolute favorite band, but I think I'd pick Motion City Soundtrack under those conditions.. close runner-ups being The Clash, Alexisonfire, Paramore and Rise Against
In a previous thread similar to this I said Tool. The more I think about it though, my favourite by far is Katatonia. I could listen to their whole catalogue over and over (and I currently do).
