I haven't watched anime in quite a while, that said 1. Akira 2. Castle in the Sky 3. Cowboy Bebop 4. Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 5. Adieu Galaxy Express 999 or Galaxy Express 999 (I liked both.....I feel old)

It varies, but in the end I always go back to watching Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight! time and time again.
