What is your favorite month of the year and why?

December for the holidays

Totally opposite answer to what you asked but I hate February and March April. Which is due to when I had seizures it use to be in those months and had them for 3 years on trot starting 2001. But rest of the year I liked but don't have a fav month these days.

i dislike the 2 upcoming seasons with a passion. i like spring and mostly summer because of the stillness. the feeling that time doesn't move so fast and everyday is just like that last one forever. i generally fear changes a lot.

june

it's the perfect month. the "unofficial" summer has just started. you start to really notice the long hours of sunlight in the evening. the weather is warm but not stifling. the grass and trees are a beautiful deep green rather than the pale green of spring (in the northeast US at least ) and you still have a nice long stretch of time before the brutality of winter comes back around.

October is my favourite month. I love the fall because of the cooler weather and the scenery in October can be quite nice with all the leaves changing colour.

Any month besides December through early April because snow sucks.

If I had to pick though it would be either May or September which is mostly for the nice weather and cheap(er) vacation spots at beaches.

May, by far.

Everything is in bloom, there is a low chance of more snow, it's getting really warm (but not hot) and it's just amazing.

Around here, June. Perfect temp, sun rises at 5:30am and sets a little before 10 pm. Enough rain so even the worst landscapers' yards look like a golf course fairway. The fishing is also at it's prime.

May is generally a good month but it was particularly wretched around the Philadelphia area this year.....constant rain.

October, I love the cool weather and sweaty ass summer is finally gone!

Gonna vote for October too as its mostly when I go on holiday.

March/April. Winter is over and golf season starts anew.

October. Halloween, and thats usually when the real fall type stuff starts here in TN. Leaves change, weather is a comfy 45 to 55 degrees. The air has that crisp fall feel to it. I love fall.

I live in TN as well. October is the perfect month. Looking forward to it.

September because that is when I go on my golf trip with my dad.

Somewhere from November to January. The weather is the nicest during this period, and sometimes it gets cold and snows or something. Well that used to happen, but last year it didn't happen at all really. >.>

I want to say October, too, but really it just stays hot too long into the month. Still, at least in October I know I can look forward to nice weather, so it's a happy month either way.

I'm going with June, coz the weather makes it much more pleasant to be outside, the course is wrapping up and you can feel that Summer buzz in the air as everyone is dying to begin their holidays. Also something about the humidity here I guess because the Summer can basically be smelled in the air.

Any month in Winter... because I live in Australia.

March and October because many good games come out and the weather isn't too cold or too hot.
