Hmm... tough to say. I've always been fascinated witih Jupiter and how big it is. I also love the patterns of its atmosphere. One day, we'll learn exactly what goes on inside that huge planet.

Jupiter, because if it was much bigger it would be a star and we'd be screwed. So thank you Jupiter.
I've always liked Mars for some reason. It might be due to it being red and my affection for that color as well as being associated with the Scorpio astrological sign. It's nice and quiet with no life and is fairly inhospitable but not violently so. It pines for life but alas nothing substantial can find purchase on its chilly sandy terrain.
Pluto. It's the outcast, rebel, and underdog. The other planets won't accept it, but it just keeps on circling the Sun like it doesn't even care.cd_romPluto will always be a planet in my book.
Uranus. Big, blue, and got it's own set of rings.... Off topic: When did you leave the Mod squad Lucas?tocool340Some time ago. What... December of 07 is when I stepped down, I think. [QUOTE="Lord_Daemon"]

Mars is my second favorite. I've always loved the red planet. Full of mystery.Io, a moon of Jupiter, is the only celestial body besides Earth that has active volcanic activity.;) Their is evidence of recent volcanic activity on Venus, and 80% of it is volcanic plains.[QUOTE="lobodob"]Venus. I always thought the surface would look awesome, all covered in lava and volcanoes and such :DFFCYAN
Jupiter, specifically the Jovian moons and incredibly awe-inspiring atmosphere.
I want this guys art in book form.
My favorite planet is TrES-4. It's the largest planet ever found, plus it leaves it's atmosphere trailing off in a comet-like tail. Also, it's temperature is estimated to be about 2,300 F since it's as close to it's star as Mercury is to our's.
Actually, if it really does rain diamonds (theory is that this is possible due to the methane under high pressure in the atmosphere) on Uranus or Neptune, then one of those. But if not, then Venus still, due to its hellishness.lobodob
Psh, Venus has nothing on TrES-4b. It's practically an iceworld in comparison. A mere 460 F compared to TrES-4b's 2,300 F. Although I suppose Venus gets props for raining sulfuric acid.
