yah...it's hard to discriminate between junk foods when you're under the influence (which is pretty much the only time i eat em)
chips are prob my go-to munchy tho, mostly because they're addictive and take no prep time

rofl What in the hell...Even though I'm in very good shape and have a hot cut bod (6'0, 180 lbs., 32" waist, 8% bodyfat, can run a mile in 7 minutes, 4 days/week at the gym), I have several junk food weaknesses. If I had to pick one, it would be Cool Ranch Doritos. Those salty/sweet triangles of processed corn bliss get me (almost) every time. GalvatronType_R
do you even lift?
[QUOTE="GalvatronType_R"][QUOTE="22Toothpicks"]Chocolate and lol @ "I have a hot bod"22ToothpicksIt's hot CUT bod. I didn't spend hours at the gym lifting, doing cardio, taking Creatine, drinking protein shakes, and avoiding soda just to have a pedestrian "hot" bod. Please get it right next time or I will quit doing deadlifts. Please get over yourself.
At this point I'm convinced he's trolling :P.

No.I try to watch what I eat and rarely eat junk food nowadays, but my greatest weakness are these things
I seriously lose it and just tear through a giant bag of them in minutes, sooo good.
Any type of sour chewy candies: sour patch kids, sour keys, sour skittles..yum!
worst part is, they are hell on your teeth
Pizza.. It's just so easy.. but it's alright if you're lifting weights.

Well muscle tissue burns calories, so the more muscle tissue you have, the more calories you can consume without gaining weight.
Most pizza is laden with saturated fat, though, and you don't have to be overweight to be at risk of heart disease, stroke etc.
I've heard some people claim that you can "counter" the saturated fat by eating foods rich in monounsaturated fat, like unroasted almonds, but I don't know whether that's true.
Chocolate/Peanut ButterSweetbackhair
Chocolate is junk food but peanut butter isn't. It may be high calorie but 1 -2 tbsp is ok because of the heart healthy fats it has in it. That assuming your talking about the natural kind.
