[QUOTE="-Karayan-"][QUOTE="Thanks-"][QUOTE="-Karayan-"] Take a look at this: Communism can be socialist as well as authoritarian, just like neo liberalism.Thanks-
That plain looks very two-dimensional. As a matter of fact, it is two-dimensional. Don't you think graphicing political ideologies on a two-dimensional plain is simplifying the debate? Hitler was closer to Stalin than most would imagine.

:| Right to left is economic freedom, bottom to top is social freedom.

Those are the only two political issues?

Can you think of any others?

Can you think of any others?

I removed the ugly picture so it wouldn't crop anymore of my text.

Yes, of course there are.

It surprises me that so many people who have definitive political opinions, are actually uneducated in international relations and political science. They understand the politics of their region, maybe their country, and that's all. I am giving you an opportunity to further educate yourself in political science by reposting a post I made on another forum explaining the basis of political science. It also explains how scientists like myself are different from people who simply have an opinion.

They are nazis. Nazism can never be tolerated. Wherever they try to carry out their sick plans they should meet mass resistance. Misled youth who show interests in nazism should be confronted about their views, but adult organized boneheads you do not reason with.

Communism was born out of liberalism, but at the same time it is the most radical critique of liberalism. Liberals are all talk, in reality they are only for freedom when it means freedom for capital, freedom for those who own and thereby control our society.

Communism is not opposed to free speech. Dictators in stalinist/maoist states (North Korea, Cuba, USSR etc.) are however.

Freedom of speech is important precisely because it protects unpopular opinions. The First Amendment should not be suffixed with "this law is for everyone but nazis." It doesn't work that way, and it shouldn't.

Government tolerance of extremist ideologies is an excellence gauge of the actual freedom a given society harbors. As long as the likes of white nationalists are allowed to speak freely, we can be assured of the security of the First Amendment.

And the list of people not knowing what communism exactly is grows....

you really dont get freedoms in a communist society though.

There are no communist countries. The countries you probably refer to (North Korea, Cuba, USSR etc.) were stalinist. Stalinism originated in the late 1920s in Russia, where the working people with the support of the peasants had overthrown the old Tsar regime. In the early years, alot of progress was made in the new Soviet state, but Stalin and the people around him betrayed this new regime and succeeded in making himself it's dictator - pretending to be the disciple of revolutionary leader Lenin.

The system that he (Stalin) and a bunch of bureaucrats cemented during his years in power was far different from communism and socialism (the revolution in october of 1917 had been the first attempt at such a society) - democracy was ultimately destroyed, a command economy was enforced, rules and restrictions on the arts was enforced, internationalism was abandoned in favour of nationalism, a grotesque state machinery was set up, spies were reporting citizens, terror was carried out by the state etc. etc. It was little more than a caricature of a communist society in that it honoured working people with medals for their achievements - but workers' democracy was nowhere.

As soon as workers overthrew their oppressive governments in other countries to advance towards socialism and communism there, the stalinist Russia forced it's influence on them, forcing the stalinist system on them. The old oppressive regime was replaced with a new oppressive regime. After World War II, the USSR had lots of new lands in Eastern Europe to expand their interests to. This goes for all countries in the 20th century that claimed to be socialist or communist.. If it was not stalinism, then it was maoism. Maoism was at once a critique of stalinism, but at the same time a continuation of stalinism.

Sadly, the common misbelief that stalinism and maoism was communism fits those in power very well, because communism is a powerful weapon against oppressors (capitalists, kings, religious leaders etc.) world wide. Communists were executed in stalinist countries, just like in Nazi Germany and fascist countries. Leon Trotsky, one of the most important communists in the 20th century was murdered by one of Stalins agents, precisely because he opposed the stalinist regime in Russia. In fact, stalinism has more in common with nazism and fascism than it has with communism.

I wasn't aiming my post at you, but at the original post, which deliberately asked whether or not Stormfront should be "banned." Banning private discussion forums currently constitutes a breach of the First Amendment.

Define "extremist ideologies".

http://www.m-w.com/

extremism: the advocacy of extreme measures or views
ideology: the integrated assertions, theories, and aims that constitute a siciopolitical program

I don't want drugs to be banned, it should be legalized IMO, to be regulated and to avoid addicts contracting diseases through shared needles. I'm just saying that they're hurting children emotionally, that's all.

so do porno movies and magazines, violence on tv, sex on tv, images of simulated drug use, fast food, unpatriotic political speech, extremist libertarian literature, extremist communist literature, fill in the blank and put just about anything that isnt accepted in the mainstream here and you can make just as valid an argument that that material is as hurtful "emotionally" to children as white supremacist views. awful line of argument that leads to a slippery slope whereby the government would be able to pick and choose what is and is not heard, as well as what we put into our bodies and myriad other things. i wish everybody could see this.

School is a good place for White people to really know what negros are like. I was fortunet in not having to put up with negros until I got to Junior High School at which time I discovered that our White predessors had let the future White race down. They really caused problems for White people every time they had a chance. Negros have turned schools all across America into something resembling prisons, rather than institutions of learning. The Animal behavior of these wooley headed, thick lipped baboons has decreased the quality of living for good White people to the point that it is amazing that even a brainwashed White person would not know that all negros should be sent back to Africa

Taken from this trash of a website... These people are racist fools.  They all need a good ass whopping.

There are many notorious murderers, child molesters and wife beaters among the organized nazis here in Sweden. They often attack people for reasons such as the victim's skin colour, sexuality etc. Mass resistance against these forces is the way to go, though they tend to get a bloody good beating out on the streets by small groups and individuals, and I can't exactly say I feel sorry for boneheads. :P
