What is your personal best and worst year of the decade?

NOTE: Please give reasons. if you don't then this thread will simply be full of numbers.

It's about an hour away from the New Year over here in Australia (where we live in the future :P), so i was wondering what year in the noughties they loved, and the one that they most undoubtedly hated (or was the worst). Considering i've been in school for this whole decade the majority of the year revolves around school so:

Best year would definitely be 2007, i had an absolutely awesome ****(i don't think it could've gotten any better), great birthday, great holidays, everything pretty much went right for me that year.

Worst year would be this one, 2009 i had probably the worst ****you could imagine (they pretty much dumped all the weirdos in my **** but managed to keep out the very worst), and i didn't really care much for anything (christmas, today etc.), it just sucked.

What about the rest of OT?

Best: 2006 and 2009

Worst: Although it was by no means bad, 2007 was probably the least enjoyable. Although 2008 had certain events happen that were crappy, I take it with good stride and would argue it helped developped me as a person more so. 2007 was just boring as ****.

Best: 2007

Worst: 2009

Reasons guys, please.

Best 2000-2004..i was still a goofy 9-13 year old..and didn't care about life or anything..no stress..laid back..

Worst 2005-2009..got older..been having a lot of personal problems..

Best: 2007, Was in year 11 at the time, did hardly any schoolwork and went to heaps of good house parties. No club or bar compares.

Worst: 2009, Made some bad mistakes but you live and learn.
