Straight 30 fits best, but like hell if I can find any with proper length at that measurement. :( I always have to get ones too big and it's annoying as crap.

32-34, 34 is more comfortable and I prefer a loose fit style. Mostly I like to wear elastic sweats :D

Length is 36... flares or bootcuts preferably. Straight ones don't fit to well around the shoes(A pant should hang at least to the back of your heal as long as your not stepping on them :) at least in my opinion.

Currently I'm a waist size 34 with a length of 32 although that's only because they don't make lengths of 31 as far as I've seen.
