After scouring the internets, that's the only picture of him I could find. There was a mural of him on the wall of the band room with him wearing a confederate uniform and playing a saxophone.
Azalea park elementary: Some kind of cat
Wilson elementary: A bee
Sunrise elementary: A dolphin
Heritage middle school: An eagle
Pine Ridge High School: A panther
We were the Big Red. A freaking color. Granted we were a boarding school and what's cool about that but still...not even like a tree?
As mentioned earlier, British schools don't go in for that nonsense. A lot of schools have crests, though.
One high school had the rather common Mustang as their mascot and the other had a bee or hornet or some such buzzy critter.

I don't have one, I don't know any schools who have a mascot in the UK, we have a logo its of the charter and seal queen Elizabeth presented when she granted the school.
