Brah?Lenovo ideapad Z560.
Freaking love this thing. Got it as a High School grad. present (plus my last laptop was 5 years old and dying).
The only things I hate about it is the glossiness of the border around the screen (and that it only has 2 USB ports, and the DVD drive isn't too fixed to the laptop when closed), and finally, the Intel graphics card. Wasn't looking for a gaming PC, but is there even a reason to have Intel graphics cards anymore? lol. But it does play games strangely well.
But other than that, it's awsome. It hasn't gone through any nasty spills, but I feel this thing is made to be durable.
Think we got it for $600-$700, but of course, other brands came out with better specs for the same price like a month later lol.
Nice box you got there TC
Macbook Pro 13' Had her since 10/2010 (Not my pic)

Those are expensive.
They sure are.I wanna get a Macbook Pro 17' i7 though.AllicrombieDo you want one because it looks cool? Or are you an artist kind of person (Video editor, or w/e)? Sorry to say, but there are cheaper laptops with the same specs lol. But hey, that's your money.
[QUOTE="Allicrombie"][QUOTE="CHOASXIII"]I know. Stick with 13'. The 13' is just as fast as the 17' and it's not worth spending an additional $1000. Stating my opinion of course :PThe 13 doesn't have a dedicated graffix card, 15 and 17 do though. ;pThose are expensive.

I dont game much on pc anymore anyway and the only other alternatives are gaming lappies like newer stuff from Asus or MSI.
As long as we're talking about portable stuff, I want an ipad.BranKetra
I want a Transformer Prime for web browsing and media.

If you don't game much, there wouldn't be a reason in having the 17 inch's graphics card, which if you replace it for something cheaper (which I'm sure you can't), would most likely take off a couple $100 (most likely not since Apple still needs to make more profit than everyone else). All and all. I'm not trying to say Windows is better (*cough cough*), I'm just saying that unless you're taking buying a laptop very seriously, then there's no point in spending THAT much money on something you're only going to use for school. I've heard from many people that Macs are generally better with video/drawing editors, or w/e.

Looks cool. I want to link a video I saw. It had an mp3 player, a tablet, and some other stuff. They all combined to make a laptop. It was awesome.Toshiba Satellite. Celebrating the half birthday in five days. I'd say its say that I know that, but I picked it up on my Birthday a year and a half ago and my birthday is six months from now, point is don't judge me!
An ASUS K52F. For everyday use, this thing is pretty overpowered, even able to run some higher-end games without replacing components, but it's a pretty average laptop. It's a very nice laptop for school, huge hardrive for the price I got it at (500 GB for $300), and runs an i3-Core processor, which isn't too bad for a year old computer. I don't know too much about computers, but I love this thing.
