i have some sh*tty HP piece of sh*t. something in it is broken because i can turn it on but the screen won't show anything.
then i bought an Asus desktop and it's way better.
Dell Inspiron 15R
Bought it in 2010 and got it pretty cheap by purchasing through the company I worked at.
Core I5, 4GB ram, video card is only a 5470 but it's still decent.
Almost sounds like a netbook lol.Macbook air 11 inch mid 2011 model. I'm so damn happy with it.

[QUOTE="DeadMan1290"]Great laptop, but I'd recommend adding 2gbs of extra ram. 2gbs on a behemoth is weak.Sony VAIO... 2010 model.. 2GB RAM, 320GB HDD. Windows 7...

I was thinking about adding more RAM. I just might now that's not that expensive.
I wanna get a Macbook Pro 17' i7 though.AllicrombieDo you want one because it looks cool? Or are you an artist kind of person (Video editor, or w/e)? Sorry to say, but there are cheaper laptops with the same specs lol. But hey, that's your money. Yeah I know. I guess I want something other than windows for awhile. I dont game much on pc anymore anyway and the only other alternatives are gaming lappies like newer stuff from Asus or MSI. That's why I bought the Macbook Air last year. I don't game on my PCs anymore, and I got really fed up with Microsoft's OS' over the years... Bought my first iMac in mid 2007, still being used to this day, only "Time Machined" it once, and that's because I messed up the hard disk's boot sector with I first tried to instal bootcamp. No formats, no viruses, no random crashes, no clogged up registry like windows... I don't care if I pay more, I have peace of mind.

And I've had my Lenovo for almost a year now, and no viruses (and I've been using this thing), no random crashes, or w/e else. You won't have problems if you know how to take care of it :P, or maybe this laptop is just that awesome lol.
No need to go Aussiee and say it's that awesome but seriously if you take care of your computer and aren't completely daft then it's not hard to keep it from crashing no matter what brand it is.

Yarly. One main thing with this laptop still being perfectly fine is mostly because it's had Malwarebytes and Windows Defender running pretty much 24/7 the whole time I've had it. I haven't had any problems with Windows that people seem to always mention, but I'm sure people just had rotten luck. Please Log In to post.
