The seemingly existent pedestrian right of way law, where during rush hour traffic, a walker can waltz in front of your car whenver they feel they want to, and give you a filthy look if you have the gall not to slow down for them. If you think you have time to cross the street, put your money where your mouth is, or prepare to be my new hood ornament... *tries to control shaking hands*
I don't agree with age of consent here being different depending on the type of sex it is. basically, the government is saying (and I'll use homosexual male couples as an example, because it's kind of their only option, since neither has a vagina "yeah, you can have an intimate homosexual relationship, but not until you're 18". "regular" sex's age of consent here is 14.
Age of consent, should be 18 IMO. Doesn't make much sense that a 16 year old is seen as mature enough to get it on with a 17 year old but not an 19 year old. Not much difference there. Not that it matters much.
any law I'm breaking... I like laws for other people because they are irresponsible, but I know to do things in moderation, and safely. There's no reason a lot of laws should apply to me, and other citizens w/out any sort of citations what so ever. Sure some laws should still apply but not many.
^This. Things like drug use, public nudity, underage sex (to a degree of course) are choices people make for themselves. Punishing people for doing things that don't harm others is a criminal act in itself in my eyes.
Anything the FDA does, I should be allowed to have visible parasites in my food without the seller getting penalized. The best law ever though is the castle law.
the marijuana law. if it wasnt for the marijuana law, the crime rate would be down because the prisons would be full of the real criminals. not just the people who are arrested for possesion alone!
