I'm going to say 20 is a good level to be at. I see a lot of people (not all though) below level 20 who really still don't know much about what they are doing, but the majority of people above level 20 and into the 30's are used to posting and they know more what they are doing. I have noticed that a lot people don't even use grammar before they hit level 10 or 20, usually I have trouble just translating some posts that I see from low level people.

I like being a Goombella more tho. I did that level at least 3 full times. Maybe a 4th but I don't think so. I love level 33 the most.
