One of the greatest movie endings I've ever seen

The Illusionist and Memento come to mind. Dead Man's Shoes had a shocking and particularly upsetting ending.

Off the top of my head, I can't think of any others.

Yeah I thought The Mists ending was pretty messed up, but that's Stephen King for you.

The Departed was pretty messed up, but it was all good when Mark killed matt damon,

No country for old men was not what i had expected, as in i expected Anton to end up getting the case but i didnt expect him to go kill Moss's wife in the way he did.

Resovior dogs was pretty unexpected ending with them all killing each other and Mr Pink getting away.

I don't think he did. I recall putting the subtitles on and it described a gunfight going on in the background. I assumed he got killed. Has it been confirfmed that he survived?

Crank 2, if you know what I mean. It was one of the most shocking endings I've ever seen. Actually, the whole movie is shocking. It's like constant electricity coursing through my veins, though I'd say I enjoyed the adrenaline of the first a little bit more.
