Whatever's playing in the gym. Usually cheesy commercial dance music. Black Eyed Peas or 666. Good enough for me.

Definitely not whatever's on at the gym. There's some dorky song that keeps playing. "Girl look at that body. I work out." -____- Rocky music.

My kind of music, love the hardcore stuff. When you're about to fall flat on your face, the only thing that could lift you back up is music that would make other people drop turds.

I mentioned Alice in Chains earlier. But, that's when I'm on a slow or medium pace. Once I hit the treadmill, I go for more fast-paced tunes like

A short clip I made:

System of a down is great for lifting weights. It sucks because I've used it so much I'm bored of it. I also listen to slayer, metallica(old stuff), white zombie(really good for lifting) and electronic music when I do cardio.

Edit: Just you tubed me some disturbia- darkstep dnb, nice. I shall add that in to my rotation. I forget to mention I listen to dnb when I lift as well although it has to be pretty heavy stuff to work for lifting.

Last month a couple buddies and I been working out in my garage. I bought a Century BOB and last Friday finally got my wrestling mats. I usually have Pandora going on the iPad and listen to the following: Slipknot, Mudvayne, OTEP, GnR, Icon of Coil, Crossbreed, Kittie, Seether, Lamb of God. That's all I can think of at 8:30am

My cardio playlist for the past couple of months has been the same: Dream Theater - Panic Attack Megadeth - Hangar 18 Green Day - Jaded Slayer - Angel of Death Alexisonfire - We Are the Sound Underoath - Writing on the Walls As you can see, all very fast and loud songs to keep me going whether I'm biking or running. For lifting I just shuffle my whole list.

I listen to any Metal, doing weights and listening to Fear Factory is great. While running its something like Tool, Old Metellica, Slayer, Rise against and other fast or heavy stuff.
