I was born in Canada but both of my parents are English. I also think a couple of my grandparents are Welsh. So, I'm a British-Canadian.

Race? Don't you mean ethnicity?
Im Caucasian/Hispanic

No, hispanics are a mix between Native Americans and caucasians. Think mexico and below.
Hispanics can be part of many racial groups, Caucasian Hispanic, Afro-Hispanic, Mestizo Hispanic, etc. The ethnicity is Hispanic/specific country and the race can be white, black, native, etc.

Aren't they the same thing?? No they are not, Race is generalizing humanity as a whole. Ethinitcity however, is defined by heritage. I just find it more formal to ask what your ethnic background is rather then what race you are because that's not the correct to say it :P oh.... I learned something new today...I am 100% Puerto Rican. to break it down I think I have all major races of the Island. Spaniard Tahino and Black. Reason for this is that everyone in my family are different colors and completely different features. We don't even look related. For example I have green eyes with dirty blond straight hair and I'm light skin. My brother is slightly darker taller with brown eyes, and brown black people hair.
I'm classified as a caucasian, but my distant ancestry is a real mix.
British, Irish, Cherokee Indian, just to name a few.
