if i were you,i would hold up a bit to see if it became any worse,if it got worse i'd get checked by a Doctor..getting checked already won't harm either.
If you think your water softener was installed incorrectly, the first thing you should do is get your water tested. But it sounds like you're on t he road to recovery. Just keep up the fluids (bottled if you don't trust your tap) and stay in bed.JustPlainLucasYeah, I second this, get your water tested. I've had stomach flu and went to the doctor after I got it twice in 2 weeks, there isn't anything they can really do. Unless there is something unusual aside from the frequent vomiting/diarrhea. Also it was recommended to stay away from dairy and eat very bland plain foods (like saltine crackers).
Get a TV in the bathroom and sit on the toilet all day watching TV, you might want a minifridge in there too.
a doctor for food poisioning?
everyone on here prolly gets that 2 or 3 times a year.
people would be stunned if they knew what all those "24 hour bugs" really are.
drink fluids and rest.
Seriously, I'm so sick of hearing people telling folks to go to the doctor for EVERYTHING. You don't go to the doctor for food poisoning or a stomach virus. You rest up and keep your fluids up. The people saying to go to the doctors are the reason that people that actually NEED to see a doctor have to wait 3 weeks to see onea doctor for food poisioning?
