What should we be looking forward nowadays??

Hi!! I'm new to this board. I am a little french person from Montreal, quebec. I like people, trolling, and stuff blablabla. My question is what should we be looking forward to this year? Are the new Marvel going to be ever good? I know I always liked Apocalypse as a character but I bet my interpretation is wholly different from what those Hollywood people will be able to do with him. I don't know. For me Apocalypse is a fucking beast!! And psychic too, I wish hes going to corrupt those little minds with his and wield his awesome power everywhere. I think there is something very sexy about corrupting someone's mind, manipulating him at will etc... Oh well.. what eves!!!

One thing I'm looking forward to is successfully becoming a bounty hunter in real life and being able to hunt down targets. Hee hee, just having some fun.

Maybe I should just look forward to the extinction of the internet, we're all probably better off without it. :P

Famine, War and Death.

You should be looking forward to the defaulting of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to pre-Oslo conditions. I've been trying to put the pieces together for a while, but I'm still unable to decide on the string of events that will lead to this or the final shape the conflict will take.

I tend to stick with things that I can do or solve. Nothing big or grand.......

Road trip up north to visit relatives in Nevada this summer.

Repainting the backyard patio furniture.

Replacing the wife's old cross-trainer exercise machine with a new one. She also wants a full-size upright freezer in the garage.

Solving the dilemma of having a huge (living room) entertainment system that only have space for a 39" TV.

I want to go to a tattoo convention in a foreign country as a little mini holiday escape. A treat for myself. Either Portugal or Iceland I think.

I also want to buy a great dane.

I dunno about famine, that's too much of a slow painful death. I sure wouldn't mind seeing more riots and destruction though, hee hee.

I am looking forward to having my own tv show!! The israelo-palestinian conflict and ISIS is a NIGHTMARE!!! When on drugs I saw myself as the Messiah and the message was: Jesus can be made fun of and the WTC Terrorist Attack was a real joke that we should laugh at. IDK. Life is so strange at times

French rocks, I've been to Montreal before, quite a good city and good experience. Also happened to see Pirates of the Caribbean 4 during my stay.

I actually only remembered the original tale from the book of revelation. In it, the other horseman is the horseman of conquest or something. Some people believe he's a good guy unlike the rest so I had to exclude him. lol

The only horsemen I know are from Darksiders and Age of apocalypse lol.

Astronomers have recently discovered two new planets, both larger than Earth in a nearby galaxy. They are currently exploring the possibility that they can sustain life. I'm currently awaiting the inevitable chants of, "We're #3!" "We're #3!"

That coupled with the EMDrive thing makes me hopeful for something Interstellar-like in our lifetimes.

@alim298: Actually for most books/movies/tv shows the Horsemen are Death, Famine, Pestilence and War. Never heard of Conquest in any media.

As you can see Pestilence (or Plague) is everywhere in today's " Urban mythology"

That's really weird. I'm sure he's supposed to be the conqueror. In fact I think the horseman of famine is also the horseman of plague but the white horseman is definitely the horseman of conquest:
