I wonder how people apply their cologne. Personally I hate when people put way too much on and it overpowers you. After washing and ironing my clothes, I put them in my drawer and spray a few dabs of "Very Irresistible" over my clothes so they get the smell into the fabric that way next time I wear them, the smell is natural on my clothes and it's very subtle, such that it complements me rather than upstages me and overpowers everyone around me :P Also, I personally think they type of soap and shampoo (especially shampoo) you use is more important than the type of cologne you use. I use peach scented soap and shampoo, so I always smell like peaches and we all know how everyone loves peaches or should :x

I do the ole spray in the air and walk through it, also spray a tinsy bit on my wrists and on my nose. Oh and if you're ever going to a really loud party/club/scene you put some on your ears. That way when a lady leans in to talk to you she smells your ears

[QUOTE="harashawn"] I don't have a stench strong enough that I need to cover up.

Well that's the job of deodorant, not cologne.

ARGH, You fools! Never put cologne of fabric, a lot of times the cologne responds badly to the fabric and makes it smell sooo bad. As for "do the ole spray in the air and walk through it" NO THIS IS INCORRECT I WILL ONLY SAY THIS ONCE: Apply it to warm areas of your body: wrists, throat, below the collar of your shirt and behind the ears. Never apply to much, I'd rather smell your terrible BO than an overload of cologne BAH, YOU ALL NEED TO BE TAKEN BACK TO SCHOOL, I WILL NEVER SUPPLY MY FEMALE PERSPECTIVE TO OT AGAIN

I have two colognes I use depend on my mood:

When I feel sporty, or go work out, go to school etc.... I usually use Fierce by Abercrombie and Fitch.

When I feel romantic, moody, or going to work.... I usually use Light blue by Dolce & Gabbana.

I don't wear cologne most of the time, but I bought a bottle of Christian Audigier's Ed Hardy because I think it looked cool. I haven't actually used it yet.

I use Old Spice and that's it, unless I tie my hair back, then I use colone.
