Florida.... south Florida... sucks
visited there last summer when i was out there on a road trip. it's really cool but i don't like how much it costs. it's a shame it's on private land.. seems like it ought to be a national monument. everyone's gotta try to make a buck.
Carmel, Indiana, U.S.
Widely regarded as one of the best places to live in the U.S.
How is the IT community, there?
@BranKetra: It's actually pretty good. The Indianapolis area, the north side particularly, has a lot of large companies. Dow Agri, CNO Financial, Liberty Mutual insurance, Anthem/Well Point, Lily Pharmaceuticals, Adessa, lots of hospitals
I actually work in IT myself. It's kind of like little Hyderabad here...lots of Indians.
@konvikt_17: I wanna go to Illinois. Is it very hot in there?
its varies with the seasons. though the weather can change pretty fast sometimes.
its been fairly nice recently. 50s-60s.
Still waiting for a nice big thunderstorm though.

The fees aren't that bad. We went to Yosemite National Park in California and it cost us $125 for a short tour.
But, yeah. I like the Meteor Crater more than the Grand Canyons. A small image of my panorama view:
I live in Michigan. Michigan is awesome.... except for where I live, which is southeast Michigan. As much as I love downtown Detroit, Detroit pulls down the entirety of Wayne County(the county I live in) and it's depressing, Everywhere else is great though. I would love to move to Ann Arbor or Grand Rapids one day.
I lived in Illinois as a small one, then Florida for many years (thought it was full of rude people), Illinois again recently and now Arkansas. I live out in Ozark country and think it's beautiful. It's built up nicely but feels very peaceful to me.

I used to live in Macomb county (Chesterfield/New Baltimore area).
Before moving back here to Arizona, we spent six years in New York's Amish country. I loved the tranquility there plus, there are a lot of outdoor activities. The kids found it boring though.
