Ok, I'm 180 pounds and 5'6 or 5'7 (Some muscle not too much fat) and I can't seem to lose any real weight. My weight will vary from 176.5 to about 180 in a day and I can't seem to go lower. I jog at least every other day and do at least 200 crunches a day (in incriments of a hundred) and I skip lunch on school days. I've been doing this for two weeks and there has been no improvement.
I thought that today was great because when I woke up I weighed 174. I had a small breakfast, some Chinese for lunch (not a lot) and I went jogging for an hour. After jogging I weighed 177.5. What The HELL!?!!?! I don't think I even took in 3 pounds. Does anyone see anything wrong with what I'm doing? Or am I just cursed? Any tips?
