I was eating PAP JOHNS PIZZA.. and as i was chewing i bit something hard.. i spat it out and it was a freaking STAPLE.. Before tonight I consumed an entire LARGE pizza with their new promotion.. get 1 large specialty and get another large 1 topping for 99 cents. So I just thought they were hard bacon bits all this time.. were they bacon bits? were they staples? I have no idea.. when i spat out the staple i just got a FEELING to spit it out no telling what else i've eaten.. would a staple kill? i mean it was half bent and half still pointy would it have torn my insides as i digested it? it was the size of my ethernet outlet (so u all can see what i mean).. ugh what do i do

not true, if they were stainless they will last for years, braces don't even begin to corrupt in the two years you wear them

 I would consider legal action, but make sure you actually have some evidence. Hopefully, you're being honest and it won't become another Wendy's finger-in-chili incident.
Isn't there a big difference between hard bacon bits, and tiny thin staples? :\. Anyways, get a tetenus shot, check with the doctor, complain to Papa Johns :wink:.Â

It is indeed a reasonable lawsuit.
and it is 100% they're fault, no staple should be near a pizza, it was just one of the *******'s working there trying to play a prank, but you could get lock jaw, so I would say go for it.
Suing would be the lazy, opportunist thing to do. If anything, the most you should do is ask for your money back. They won't really dispute your claim if you're not trying to get millions from an incident that may or may not have made you sick.
When I used to work at Pizza Hut we had a stapler at the front counter because we were supposed to staple coupons to the receipts. I never took it to where the pizzas were made but maybe some people stupid are enough to do that.
