Everyone has an ideal hour where they plan to get as much rest as possible for the next day.
Sadly most people aren't able to doze off at the drop of a hat. Do you sleep when you plan to, such as 10:00 pm, or do you stay up as much as 12 am?

I usually go to sleep around 2am to 4am. I want to get in the habit of going to sleep at 11pm though.
It varies...though on Thursday, Friday and saturday Nights I usually pull all-nighter, get breakfest by 7:30 AM then go to bed afterwards. For college anyways.
i can sleep like a drop of a hat. lolz. i want to go to bed at 10pm as its more healthy. but i'm usually on my computer or playing games and don't end up sleeping till 1-3am.
I sleep at ridiculous times.. Some nights will be 1-2.. Others 6-8 And some, for no reason other than it just happens, i won't sleep..Strider_91
same, i think my sleeping pattern hates me...it 1:26 AM here in new york and im still awake
Usually sleep a little after midnight. Really wish i was sleeping at ten but there's always something...tv, games, here....meh..
Around 2-3:30 AM but I want to sleep exactly at 11 PM so I can actually have the time and motivation to do something!
On week days, I go to bed at 10:30 and wake up 8:00. On weekends I can go to bed whenever I want, I wish it was like that all the time.
I usually go to bed when the sun comes up. I sleep usually till 3pm but sometimes I can sleep till around 5pm.
