Me, 1% and sometimes soy milk.
Usually skim. I guess 1% and 2% are fine. And I dont mind whole milk at times, but it makes you fatter than skim.
1%, but im trying to stop drinking it, its terrible for you, the milk companies totally disregard the pus regulations which is disgusting, and humans are the only animals that dink milk after infancy, but it tastes so damn good
