Just about any photoshop this decade could make that sig. don't get hung up on versions unless there's some specific new feature you know you want

I use CS4, and at school we use CS3. I think the only difference is that it loads faster, so be honest.

CS3 is used by professionals to make incredibly high quality art, so yes IT has the capabilities to make that sig. The more important thing to ask is do YOU have the skills to make said sig, it can take months to learn a program of that caliber.

I use CS3 for my work. And like a lot of other people have been saying, it's not about whether or not the program is capable of making a sig like that. Older versions of photoshop are easily capable of making something like that, but it's not it's an automated process or anything. You need to know your way around the program to make something like that.
