What was somthing really weird you were scared of as a young child?

Wheelchairs. I just got over it a little over a year ago.

I would go into a frozen state everytime I saw one.

Disney movies. Actually. Yeah I watched them as a kid, then never again. I like Aristocats. A lot.

But Beauty and the Beast... Bambi... FOX AND THE HOUND. Those movies were pretty traumatic for me.

I grew up watching Raiders of the Lost Ark instead.

Only reason I've never gone swimming in the ocean or anything that doesn't look like a good ol' swimming pool. :|

Swallowing my gameboy.

I was scared of my fingernails coming off. Now I'm having unpleasant thoughts and it's making me physically uncomfortable.

Crucifixes. I even had a dream once where a life-sized crucifix suddenly came out of the ground by my bed, to me it was a really bad nightmare. To this day I have a certain aversion towards them, I just find it irrational and barbaric that people seem to get hope, comfort or reassurance from a man nailed to a piece of wood and left to hang there until he bleeds to death...

The movie "Outbreak". I had nightmares for weeks after seeing that movie. Monkeys and contagious diseases don't mix.

I was afraid of walking near bushes because I thought a gorilla was going to pop out and get me :(

I was scared of getting cancer from looking at screens and (if anyone else is from Australia) that guy off the 7:30 Report, as pictured below:

Isn't he creepy?
