It is extremly difficult to fight an insurgency, they have the advantage they have the knowledge of our ROEs they know when we can shoot. we have to set them up with jobs when they realize we are doing good for them they will calm down, we will first clear the problem area then secure it, provide jobs and help rebuild it is not always about fighting, we must show them we are doing good and not there to hurt them

Yeah, Ive seen those vids about the chip and stuff too. Heres my idea for Iraq, take it or leave it. Behind closed doors, you tell all of the generals and the Iraqi PM, that there will be a troop pull out lets say, on a specific date around next year. When that date comes, troops begin pulling out over a 3 month course. I think pulling out tomarrow is bad, but I think staying there for years to come is just as bad. As Ive stated before, the Iraqi people are the only ones who can truly rebuild there country.RmanForLifesetting a timetable is not what we need, the insurgents will hear and they will know when they can attack, the insurgency will erupt all through out Iraq worse than now and the Iraqi government and military just isnt ready yet. it will take time this has been a very fast process for stting up a government we need it to settle in. If we leave now all of our troops would have died in vein, we must finish the mission and secure Iraq, i will leave it up to the top Generals and President to decide. Whatever the outcome it will end in American victory
