Not to mention seeing Amon Amarth play said title song live is just amazing...well worth a black eye :P
I've been looking at some Jesu lately - but they have so many albums. Does anyone know of them and can recommend some to start?Engrish_MajorI've only heard the material they have out on Hydra Head Records. Conqueror was the last thing I listened to, I think. Not sure how it stacks up to the rest of the catalog but I'd recommend it.

I always hate "discovering" a band and finding out that they have a dozen releases!

I lied about the last album I listened to...Infinity was and the only reason I remember that (with some help from Wikipedia) is because it has two tracks and one of them is almost 50 minutes long.

Ah yes....that album :P I really don't think it's as bad as some people make it out to be. I for one enjoyed some of the songs.
Nevermore is ok, the rest make me want to kill myself.

Besides one or two tracks the album is garbage. Listening to it makes you almost forgot this band once made masterpieces like Covenant :?

Yeah, I had to listen to Covenant and Domination all the way through just to wash away my sadness.

I thought Domination was pretty poor, David Vincent lost a lot of his growl and it sounded like he was doing a sort of talk-shout throughout most of the album.[QUOTE="Postmortem123"][QUOTE="Just-Breathe"]

You can buy albums on the internet..
I think a lot of them download at a set quality / a high quality that isn't all that high though.. I don't upload my CDs as lossless files right now, but I don't like the idea of not being able to do it if I want.
Some places do lossless though c:
I'm going through In Flames' discography right now. I've already listened to "Lunar Strain," "The Jester Race," and "Whoracle." The first and last one were pretty good, but I wouldn't listen to them again. The Jester Race was quite spectacular though.foxhound_fox
Very good albums :D

"Clayman" and "Colony" are great. "Reroute to Remain" was decent and marked a change in their sound and the albums since then has been drastically different.

I felt kind of dirty walking into a used vinyl shop and walking out with a copy of Dark Side of the Moon. I could feel the store clerk rolling his eyes as I walked away from the counter :P Though I do have many of the really obvious albums on vinyl (Zeppelin, Stones, etc), I do actually have many rarer and less well-known albums that I'm proud of.I purchased the Wall by Pink Floyd on vinyl. :]
