Oh gosh it's been a while I guess as I think picking up Danger: Diabolik in 2004 was my last VHS (not counting blanks) that I bought because it wasn't on DVD at the time...although I did mean to pick upStacey sometime but times eventually became too tough to work that dream into my purchases.
You still own a VCR? I've been thinking of trying to find a VHS player, a local Coffeeshop/used book store has a complete set of Chaplin movies (Or at least had) on VHS[QUOTE="Jackc8"]
I got Prison Planet about a week ago. It's not available on DVD. Before that though it was a year or two since the last VHS I bought.

Personally I think a plain dvd player is a waste of money when people can by a dvd/vcr combo.[QUOTE="Jackc8"]

Either coincidence or plagiarism. I think they're both by the same guy. That's kinda odd. On an unrelated note, Vice City called and they want Lance Vance back.:P[QUOTE="Mike-uk"][QUOTE="whipassmt"]
Why is there another thread that is virtually identical to this one, both in title and in the first post?

Yeah, actually I bought it for the sole purpose of copying my old VHS tapes onto DVD+RW's.

It was really hard to find a decent VCR even a few years ago when I bought mine. Everybody just sells those super cheap things that probably all come out of the same factory in China. I managed to find a good one on Amazon, but they quit selling that model soon after I ordered it.
