Back when psychic pokemon were nearly invincible, I would have to go with Alakazam
EDIT: How could I forget about Mew? The simple fact that you could only get him through a glitch is awesome, but he knows transform. TRANSFORM DAMMIT!!! He's like a super-ultra-powered Ditto.
Though my favorites where Rhyhorn, Kangaskhan and Scyther.
