I've never broken anything, but my worst injury is probably my Plantar wart. Its not exactly an injury and it doesnt hurt, but its a bad thing. Its a wart that grows INSIDE your foot and comes out............sounds disgusting huh.
I love telling this story.
I was playing cricket bare-foot in the backyard and I tried to stop the ball with my foot, I kicked the fence and broke my toe:|
During Christmas I was getting ready to go out to the store to waste store credit I got for Christmas and as I was approaching the first step and about to grab the rail I slipped on the ice and flew into the air. I landed with my left arm on one of the steps and hurt my back a lot. It was the most bizarre feeling I can remember. I tried to move my arm and I tried to lift it, but for some reason it felt like it was being held down, and it hurt like hell. We went for the hospital and got X-Ray shots taken and all that and they told me that my left upper arm was broken, at first I thought my shoulder was broken. I was somewhat relieved but yeah they couldn't cast the bastard because it was just right under the shoulder. The first month was brutal as hell. Rising from bed was extremely painful and once during the period where I had it just hanging in a support, the support came loose suddenly and my arm immediately fell into a stretched out position. Wouldn't believe how damn painful that was. Although I have very fond memories of that time, for some reason being sick or injured always makes everything better despite being sick or injured.
Although one other time I was crawling through concrete pipes outside of my school during winter and some kids started throwing razor sharp ice shards into the tunnel for fun. I tried to yell at them to stop but one of them got me pretty good in the forehead. Bled like crazy until I rushed to the nurses office, that said pretty much immediately to my father who had arrived that it was out of her hands. Went to the hospital to get the hole filled up and no problem, but the first few minutes were very painful and scary.
When, as I was in the process of waving goodbye to my friend while on a bike, hit the side-view mirror of a car parked in the street at some not-too-shabby amount of speed. Was swatted of my bike, landed on my kneecap, and did a couple somersaults.
After realizing what just happened, I literally walked home balling my eyes out with my bike to my side. I then came home to find out that my sister had gotten into a car accent that same day, and my parents we're on their way to the hospital. She was OK, but being only of 8 years at this time, it hit me quite hard! But hey, at least I got pancakes for dinner that night! :D
I had gotten a wooden snake thing one day when I was little and I also had gotten a pocket knife recently, I used the knife on the pocket knife (it didn't have anything else to cut it with) to cut this plastic security ring off the snake and when I broke the ring the force that had built up causeed my hand to go flying at my thumb on my other hand, I nearly cut my thumb off but luckly it only sliced some of the top of my thumb but me being only about 10 I was terrified by the thought of my own irresponsibility, I had let my mom down thinking she could confidently trust me with a pocket knife. For a while the scar that was left behind felt slightly numb, after about five years it feels better know but I think there might have been some small nerve damage.
Fell off my bike, My underarm dragged along the curb for almost 50 feet.... Yeah imagine how much that would of hurt.
I broke my middle finger.
Yup, for real, and it happened in the stupidest way... Like with a block or something. I was really young.
