Fresh cut grass, fresh rain in the summer, smell of snow in the mountains, fresh cannabis, smell of a new video game manual, certain new electronics, and cocoa. If I mixed all of these things together in a blender, though, hmm who knows how that would smell.
It's not what I like, it's what I don't, and that would be sweet smells (cologne, perfume, flowers, etc). Weird, I know. I just like it plain, that's all.
I used to like the smell of gasoline and suprisingly I'm not alone.
I also like the smell of new books (and the sound of the pages turning, it makes me feel so intellectual and it makes me think of great thinkers in an empty library thinking about the great things to be thought with the pages of their books turning with the calming sounds reverberating throughout the library) I don't like e-readers.
I also like the smell of a freshly opened booster pack.
Gasoline seems to be the popular choice but I recently looked up Durian since I never heard of it before and came up with this description.

You gotta be kidding me ... gym socks. Durian is definitely an uncommon smell to like!
You probably think im weird for likeing the smell of gasoline. I don't know why I do i just do :P and when i walk into a shoe storeand all the leather and plasticky shoessmell smells really good.

New electronics/books and I LOVE the smell of laundry stuff. Can't remember what one specifically, but when you stand outside near the laundry vent... uhhhh
