I'll be a failure. The purpose of all life is to procreate. If I fail at this, I am a failure at the purpose and meaning life.

You don't need to have children for your life to be worth something and to think so is pretty narrow minded and judgmental. Hopefully anyone who thinks that way won't pass that kind of thinking on to their kids.

i wanted kids right up until i hit about 24, now i couldnt care less, got a huge family 2 nephews several young cousins, its great you do a load of fun stuff then give them back when they get tired!

Enjoy my life without having to take care of any brats, hopefully I will be able to travel.

First of all, I'm one apathetic ass they can't pay extensive attention to pretty much anything. So if I had kids they'll suffer, definitely. I do care about others but not extensively-don't expect me to feel sorry in most cases.

Two, I don't want to raise a family to begin with because I sure as hell will end up like my dad-he's got anger issues and a tendency to go into a rage in a flash.

Three, I'm only 19. Plenty of time to plan.

Four, I'm not a social person so what are the chances of me getting a girl to begin with?

Five, I hate kids. Can't stand them.

Six, I want to live a life where I don't have to deal with brats. Rather spend the money for myself.

Seven, imagine the freedom without kids. You can go literally anywhere without them

Eight, I don't need them to give my life meaning. Or a wife, for that matter.

Well, if I don't have kids (which I really want to have when I get older) Then I would save up money from whatever job I get to travel to various places.

I would probably just have to amuse myself with all the unlimited disposable income, life is such a chore

Well I don't plan to have a family or even marry for that matter. I mean it could happen I am only about to be 28. Lot of time left. I just rather not have that as I don't feel the need. Some people don't feel the need to have to base their worth on being able to pop out a couple kids. To some its an important aspect of their lives, to others its just not needed

For me life is just about living it and having a good time. That is how I base the worth of my life. Long as I had fun I am ok :)
